Initially, I stopped red meat due to cancer risks and aligned my actions with my love for animals. Noticing symptom improvements, I explored veganism. Gradually removing inflammatory foods like meat, dairy, and processed sugar, I saw reduced inflammation and managed to avoid steroids and pain meds. Two years on, while I haven’t ‘cured’ my disease, I’ve gone from constant pain and vitamin deficiencies to feeling hopeful, energized, and absorbing nutrients naturally through my diet.
